Birracibo is an artisan eatery, featuring authentic Neapolitan pizza paired with local and regional beers and a diverse wine list. The menus, developed by Chef Bruce Mosley, showcase the freshest locally sourced and imported ingredients that will satisfy sophisticated palates and causal diners alike. The space provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere for friends, families and colleagues to gather, socialize and enjoy a meal.
Leading the innovative artisan team at Birracibo is Executive Chef Jenn Jewell. Although originally from Michigan, she studied Baking and Pastry Arts at Sullivan Culinary Institute here in Louisville, Kentucky.
After finishing school Jewell honed her craft and found herself as the Head prep cook at Gordon Biersch Brewing Company. With several years of experience under her belt she was asked to come aboard at Birracibo from the start in February 2016 as she quickly worked her way to Sous chef and is now impressively the Executive Chef.
Chef Jewell’s menu is inspired by sourcing the best ingredients to create an authentic Italian experience, placing focus on items made from scratch. She is excited about the opportunity to present homemade, fresh pastas, with a selection of the best craft beer.
